THE EXHAUST SYSTEM

Precision Built. Purpose Fitted.

HKK Indore — trading as The Exhaust System — manufactures silencers, guards and engine parts for Royal Enfield motorcycles.

From raw steel to a bolt-on part

Rajkot has a long tradition of small-scale precision engineering, and HKK Indore works out of that same base — stainless steel and mild steel stock cut, formed, welded and finished on our own premises, not assembled from bought-in shells. Each silencer body is ceramic-wool packed for a controlled note rather than an open, unbaffled roar, and every weld is done by hand rather than by a jig that cannot account for a slightly different bike frame. We build to fitment first: a Classic 350 body does not bolt onto a Hunter 350 mount, so our range is organised by bike model rather than by a single universal design. A part leaves our floor only after its weld, its fitment and its finish have each been checked by hand — not because a certificate requires it, but because a silencer that rattles loose at the clamp is a part we have to replace twice.

How a Silencer is Made

Four stages, each done in-house.

Cut & Form

Stainless steel sheet and tube cut to the bike model’s own body dimensions.

Weld

Precision hand-welding of the body, baffle plate and mounting bracket.

Pack

Ceramic wool packed around the baffle for a controlled exhaust note.

Finish

Chrome plating, black powder coating, or both, applied on-site.

What we haven’t claimed

We’ve left a founding date, a headcount and a certification off this page because none has been confirmed with us yet. If HKK Indore holds a real figure or a certificate, it belongs here with the number attached — an unverifiable claim is worse than none.
